Facilities Management
• Supervising administration related activities including housekeeping, infrastructure management, facilities planning, security & utilization of resources.
• Arranging for necessary infrastructure involving purchase of capital equipment’s, managing relocation of the office premises.
Warehouse Management
• Maintain stock control system for accuracy and future planning of storage capacity.
• Supervise inventory management and control processes, including stocking, ordering and re ordering and order fulfillment.
Procurement and Vendor Management
• Identify the requirements of goods and services, market research for best local suppliers at the best cost negotiation and quotes evaluation.
• Coordination with internal Finance team for release of PO.
Travel and Transport Management
• Booking of the Hotel rooms for the internal employees
• Monitor proper booking of the Airline / Train tickets for the staff and the executives
